I found Scott and AV Media through social media reviews. He was highly recommended so I had him come over for a discussion and estimate on updating a 20 year old media room (ceiling projector) and household sound system. Scott had lots of good ideas, creative ways to maximize the best experience and equipment while being mindful of costs. His instillation was right on time and he made himself available several times for post installation questions. I would absolutely recommend him for any small or large AV project.

This is to recommend Scott Bernstein and AV Media Group. In building my new house (I am a General Contractor), I selected Scott to do the installation of a whole house AV system.
Scott's pricing was very competitive and he worked well with me to develop the best system for our whole house audio-visual system. We have five TV's as well as speakers in most rooms. All from a central location which minimizes the number of cable and DirecTV boxes we have to rent. Each room is individually controllable from the remote control in the room. Scott made good recommendations and has always been extremely responsive on any service issues. I have continued to use him as I have tweaked or upgraded my system. I have a pretty complicated setup with home theatre, movie screen, surround sound plus sound throughout the house and outside. Scott has been a huge help from start to finish, he helped me remove / update a 20 year old in-room audio system throughout my entire house, that I bought 3 years ago. I was lost as to what the old system was, nobody seemed to know, but Scott knew exactly what it was, what could be saved and how it could be integrated into a modern setup. The new system he installed works throughout 3 levels of my house and outside, full audio with some TVs and a movie theatre all functioning from our phones. I’ve spent a lot of money renovating my home over the last 3 years and I can honestly say my favorite item in the house is this new system Scott put in and even my wife, who was very against spending money on this at first, loves it. Thank you for the great advice on my new home theater system. Your professionalism came through in all your work, down to the last detail of just exactly how things should look & sound even when it sounded great to me. You're easy to work with & really listen to what I, the customer has to say. Sometimes my thought process was incorrect but you did not make me feel dumb even when explaining to me in great detail and diplomatically why my thoughts on that particular issue were not correct. You are also meticulous in your work, which is refreshing nowadays. If there is anyone that needs your services I would happily recommend you. Lastly, when there were service issues, which were ALL minor, you either answered your phone or called back the same day and resolved the issue over the phone or came back out to the house promptly.

About 18 months ago my wife and I started improvements to our now previous home. As we started on the outside we needed music as we are both avid music lovers as our 2 children. Scott was attentive to our needs and provided a great value throughout the entire project. Working with our contractor was an added plus. When the project moved inside to our basement his design ideas worked with our overall plan on how we wanted the system to intergrade into our existing system. Soon after we finished the project we moved to another home we called on Scott again to help figure out our needs. He suggested moving the system from the old house and intergrading it to the existing system in the new house. Well it's now finished and it works great it does everything we want. When he asked me to write a letter I was not sure how to write such a letter as I had never been asked to before all I can say is he provided the rite balance between price, function, and now service. To sum it up what particularly impressed us is the amount of attention you gave to all of our projects. In the past we wound up frustrated because contractors never return phone calls, Scot would call us to follow up and answer any questions we may have had at any time. My wife and I will use him again and recommend him to our friends.

While renovating a few rooms in our home, we
